Location: Ashford, Kent

Hourly Rate: £15.00 to £16.83 per hour

Shifts available: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, 11:00am- 6:00pm (Maternity Cover)

We ask that there is some flexibility to cover sickness and annual leave within the Complex Support Worker team.

Eligibility Criteria for a Complex Support Worker:

  • Previous care experience is essential
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

About the Complex Support Worker Role:

Continuity of Care Services is looking for compassionate and dedicated Complex Support Worker to support our lively and sociable 30s male client living with complex health needs. He requires patient and reassuring carers who can anticipate his needs and spend time getting to know him. He has an active social life regularly enjoying walks in the park and shopping trips and lunch in town. He also enjoys creative activities such as doing art & craft.

Our client's requirements:

  • Medication administration
  • Moving and handling
  • Peg Feed
  • Positive Behaviour Support (preferred but training will be given)
  • Basic household chores
  • Personal care

Our client is non-verbal and has cerebral palsy; experience is beneficial but not essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
