The rota is scheduled in advance and operates on a two- week alternating cycle:
Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Monday, Friday
We ask that there is some flexibility to cover sickness and annual leave within the Care Assistant team.

About the Complex Care Assistant Role:
Continuity of Care Services is looking for compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support our lively and sociable 30s male client living with complex health needs. He requires patient and reassuring carers who can anticipate his needs and spend time getting to know him. He has an active social life regularly enjoying walks in the park and shopping trips and lunch in town. He also enjoys creative activities such as doing art & craft.
Our clients requirements:
- Medication administration
- Moving and handling
- Positive Behaviour Support (preferred but training will be given)
- Basic household chores
- Personal care
Our client is non- verbal and has cerebral palsy, again experience is beneficial but not essential.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
