Working closely with the Directors, you'll ensure outstanding person-centred care, maintain full regulatory compliance and support the sustainable growth of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving quality, developing people and building strong relationships within the local health and social care community.
Your Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of our Care at Home service.
Act as the main contact for the Care Inspectorate, including inspections, notifications and service improvements.
Ensure compliance with Scottish legislation and Health and Social Care Standards.
Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing care team.
Conduct supervisions, appraisals and competency assessments.
Oversee assessments, support plans, risk assessments and care reviews.
Manage staffing, rotas and operational performance.
