Based in London - Join a fast-growing tech start-up working with leading brands. We’re Continue – a London-based start-up helping brands build community on their own turf by launching preloved marketplaces right on their websites. Think: customers trading pieces, chatting, and comparing wardrobes in one space. We’re already live with 30+ UK fashion brands, and expanding fast.
The mission is to bring brand superfans home, off random Facebook, Reddit groups etc and into curated brand communities where they can buy/sell pre-loved items, connect with like-minded fans, and keep products in circulation and away from landfill. Brands win by supporting their community beyond the buy button. Customers win by accessing a safer, more seamless way to resell and connect. And the planet thanks them too. Fashion’s just the beginning – our tech works for toys, collectables, homeware… any brand with loyal fans.
The Role: Content Creator. We’re looking for a scrappy, ambitious content creator to own all things creative. You’ll be behind our content strategy and execution, making video-first content that captures our brand, gets people talking, and helps our partners shout about their marketplaces.
What you’ll do:
- Make scroll-stopping video content for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Bring our story and mission to life in creative ways - on socials and on our website.
- Help brand partners make killer content that drives their marketplace growth (our growth!)
- Work with our founders to brainstorm campaigns, write copy, and edit videos.
- Build a social media content plan from scratch and run with it
Please note: This is a very autonomous role, where you will be working independently a lot of the time to develop ideas, execute and analyse performance data to keep iterating. You will be the only person in marketing, working directly with the founders who are split across multiple departments. If you are hungry to take on the challenge, then this is for you!
About you:
- You’re a creator and take a video-first approach
- You get social – you know what flies and love experimenting with trends and formats
- You’re creative and visually sharp (bonus if you have graphic/web design skills)
- You care about making an impact and love the idea of helping retail brands become more circular and their communities stronger.
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, scrappy environments.
- You’re up for the hustle and have a strong work ethic
Perks & pay:
- £35,000 salary
- Early-stage equity options
- Private health care
- Creative freedom & ownership
- Big impact + close collaboration with the founding team
- 4 days a week at WeWork Moorgate
- Small, passionate team with real energy
How to apply: Send your CV. No cover letter needed – just include:
- 2–3 pieces of content you’ve made (video ideally!)
- A few lines on why this role excites you
- Link to your portfolio or socials if you’ve got them
