Recognized as a 2025 MCA Awards finalist for Best New Consultancy, Continuate has led successful RTR transformation programs across the globe. Continuate partners with market-leading finance applications, including BlackLine, Workday, and Workiva, to optimize business and finance processes.
This is an entry level position for someone with limited experience on finance transformation projects but with an appetite to learn and grow. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Transformation Consultant based in the UK; home based but with regular travel to clients and events.
Responsibilities include:
- Analysing data sets and extracting insights
- Visualising data and creating metrics and KPIs
- Drafting governance, risk and control documentation
- Assisting team members on finance transformation projects
- Implementing finance technologies across our partner eco-system
- Assessing current state activities and identifying improvement opportunities
The role also involves client engagement, analysing financial operations, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Finance Transformation, Procurement, HR, Payroll and Business Transformation
- Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues and delivering effective solutions
- Proficiency in Consulting and Communication skills for client engagement and collaboration
- Understanding of finance point solutions and ERPs
- Proven ability to manage and execute transformation projects in diverse business environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
