Continuate is a boutique finance transformation consultancy specializing in transforming finance processes, reducing the financial close cycle, and enhancing control frameworks and staff experiences. Recognized as a 2025 MCA Awards finalist for Best New Consultancy, Continuate has led successful RTR transformation programs across the globe.
This is an entry level position for someone with limited experience on finance transformation projects but with an appetite to learn and grow. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Transformation Consultant based in the UK; home based but with regular travel to clients and events.
- Analysing data sets and extracting insights
- Visualising data and creating metrics and KPIs
- Drafting governance, risk and control documentation
- Assisting team members on finance transformation projects
- Implementing finance technologies across our partner eco-system
- Client engagement, analysing financial operations, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Experience in Finance Transformation, Procurement, HR, Payroll and Business Transformation is required. Understanding of finance point solutions and ERPs is essential. Proven ability to manage and execute transformation projects in diverse business environments is necessary. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous) is preferred. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are also required.
