Wij zoeken een daadkrachtige en gestructureerde Uitvoerder die beschikt over:
- Een aantal jaar ervaring als uitvoerder in de nieuwbouwsector
- Aantoonbare ervaring met woningbouw en/of utiliteitsprojecten
- Uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Een proactieve instelling en oog voor detail en veiligheid
Jij hebt al een solide basis in de bouwsector en bent klaar voor de volgende stap als Uitvoerder Nieuwbouw. Met jouw ervaring en kennis kun je het verschil maken.
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring binnen de bouwsector
- MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Kennis van de bouwregelgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden
