Then the ContinU Plus Academy (CPA) would like to hear from you About the role The CPA are currently seeking to appoint a teaching apprentice to work with students in years 7-12. The aim is to inspire individuals through an exciting new pathway into teaching. Our Teacher Apprenticeship programme offers an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills and knowledge to gain their QTS and work as part of our flourishing and creative staff team. You will have the support of our highly skilled teaching and learning staff and a dedicated and committed governing board that considers continuing professional development for all staff and an essential factor achieving the best outcomes for all our young people. Apprentices will start working in the classroom from day one, as they develop skills to become excellent teachers from supporting lessons, leading interventions gradually scaling up their teaching practice.
