- Year 1 salary: £23,686 - Senior Learning Coach
- Year 2 salary: £28,758 - Unqualified Teacher
- Year 3 salary: £34,069 - Achieving QTS
(Applicants must have a degree)

- A 3 year scaffolded route to QTS
- A one to one mentor
- Extensive classroom experience
