Join the new subsidiary of a significant EU manufacturer in one of the fastest-growing FMCG categories in the UK: nicotine and caffeine pouches.
You, together with your sales team, will build retail distribution and support activities across defined metropolitan areas, especially in independent, specialist, and convenience stores.
You will drive distribution and brand visibility across your territory’s key postcodes. You will establish and nurture relationships with the most important points of sale to benefit the business. You will make sure that key wholesalers list the product, stocks flow to retailers and that any sales incentive plan is executed as planned. You will provide comprehensive ongoing feedback and observations about brand performance.
Responsibility: You are trustworthy, able to work without supervision, and enjoy being accountable for your results rather than finding excuses.
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales and promotional experience, ideally with high-growth or challenger brands.
- 1–3 years’ experience in leading sales teams or managing third-party field teams is an advantage.
