Senior Sales Representative / Area Sales Manager – Independent & Convenience Channel

Territory-Based, Full-Time, Independent and Wholesale Channels

Join the new subsidiary of a significant EU manufacturer in one of the fastest-growing FMCG categories in the UK: nicotine and caffeine pouches. You, together with your sales team, will build retail distribution and support activities across defined metropolitan areas, especially in independent, specialist, and convenience stores.

What You’ll Do – The Job

  • Build distribution. You will drive distribution and brand visibility across your territory’s key postcodes.
  • Build retailer relationships. You will establish and nurture relationships with the most important points of sale to benefit the business.
  • Execute promotional activities. You will present and supervise promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with wholesalers. You will make sure that key wholesalers list the product, stocks flow to retailers and that any sales incentive plan is executed as planned.
  • Feedback. You will provide comprehensive ongoing feedback and observations about brand performance.
