HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will directly support equipment uptime, product quality, and team productivity—helping us deliver on our promise to customers every single day.
YOUR TASKS:
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections, calibrations, and adjustments to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to address recurring issues and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades.
- Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
THE ENVIRONMENT:
- Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/guidelines must always be adhered to.
- Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Multiple shifts available, including potential overtime and weekend work.
- Work involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working around machinery.
- The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills and a sense of urgency.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT:
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Completion of a technical program in industrial machine/maintenance technology, manufacturing technology or other related field.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, or automation systems.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or TPM methodologies.
- Willing and able to work off-shifts and/or weekends.
