Join our production team as a Shop Floor Operator, working across cream, batter and boiling areas to support safe, high‑quality manufacturing.

Your responsibilities as a Cream Floor Operator:

  • Operate across multiple production areas (cream, batter, boiling floor).
  • Inspect products and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately.
  • Operate Tonelli mixers, batter auto‑call systems, syrup/caramel cookers, rework systems, and weighing equipment.
  • Read and follow recipes, specifications, and day codes.
  • Perform CCP sieve checks and use refractometers for solids/temperature monitoring.
  • Communicate effectively with Baking, Pasting, Pink and White line teams.
  • Support training of new staff.
  • Follow all company policies and Health & Safety regulations.
