We are currently seeking a highly motivated and resilient Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and fostering strong relationships with both our customers and internal departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in supply chain management to take ownership of end-to-end inventory processes in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities as a Supply Chain Coordinator

  • Inventory Management: Oversee end-to-end inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and availability to meet business demands while minimizing holding costs.
  • Customer & Stakeholder

Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders and stock availability.

Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, logistics, and production.

  • Forecasting & Analysis: Review and challenge existing demand forecasts.

Use data-driven insights to identify trends, mitigate supply risks, and propose improvements to stock planning. (management of a leading Grocer account)

  • POS Management: Effectively manage the "push and pull" of Purchase Orders (POs).

Ensure timely processing, tracking, and resolution of any discrepancies within the supply chain lifecycle.

  • Operational Excellence: Continuously monitor supply chain performance KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Invoicing: Raise and issue customer invoices on confirmed delivery to customer depo.
  • Supporting cover: To support with other tasks that maybe required within Baronie UK.
