We are seeking an experienced Electronic Rework Technician to support the assembly, rework, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electronic systems in an aerospace environment. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from engineering documentation and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform electronic rework, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics and electronic systems
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Conduct functional testing and verification to ensure compliance with specifications
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Operate electronic test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators
- Complete accurate documentation in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements
- Follow safety, quality, and aerospace regulatory standards
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues
Experience
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Avionics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2+ years of experience in electronic rework, avionics, or electronics manufacturing
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with electronic test and measurement equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- IPC soldering and wiring experience
- Familiarity with analog and digital circuitry
