A well-established, UK-headquartered cybersecurity vendor is seeking a new business-focused sales professional to drive growth across the EMEA region. The company has a 20+ year track record in delivering enterprise-grade identity and access management (IAM) and authentication solutions, protecting millions of users across regulated industries.
This is a full-cycle BDM/Account Executive role, ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, outbound-driven environment and wants to sell high-impact security technology to mid-market and enterprise customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across EMEA through outbound activity and inbound lead follow-up.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — with a focus on mid-sized and large organisations.
- Conduct discovery-led conversations with IT/security stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
- Deliver tailored product demos and proposals with support from pre-sales and marketing.
- Build strategic account plans and navigate complex buying processes.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting in the CRM (ZoHo).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align go-to-market efforts.
- Stay up to date with trends in cybersecurity, IAM, and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B tech sales, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT infrastructure.
- A true hunter mentality — proactive, tenacious, and target-driven.
- Confident in running your own outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) and leading conversations through to close.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience navigating complex sales cycles.
- Sector experience in any of the following is a plus: Healthcare (public or private), Manufacturing, Utilities, Government (local or central), Defence/Aerospace, Telecoms, Retail.
