We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established aerospace MRO facility based near Stansted, with over 60 years in the industry and a strong reputation across international and regional aviation. Due to continued demand, we are looking for Workshop Technicians across multiple departments.
The Role
You will be responsible for the disassembly, inspection, testing, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components and assemblies within a regulated workshop environment. Working to approved procedures and technical documentation, you will ensure all work meets the required quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Test, inspect, repair and overhaul a range of aircraft components and assemblies
- Work strictly in accordance with compliance manuals, CMMs and technical documentation
- Maintain accurate records and update production systems as required
- Uphold health, safety and environmental standards at all times
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to team objectives
What We're Looking For
- Background in an aerospace, engineering or regulated workshop environment
- Ability to interpret and follow technical documentation precisely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, flexible team player who works well under pressure
- Apprenticeship or degree in Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering desirable
