What we're looking for: a passionate client-facing Product Manager, you'll act as the bridge between the client and our delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about user research, dynamic in project management, and thrives in fast-paced environments to help shape product strategy, guide execution, and ensure that digital products deliver real value—while representing Contic's expertise and approach in a collaborative, client-facing role. This is a high-impact role where your ability to influence, communicate, and problem-solve will be critical. You'll work alongside client stakeholders, designers, engineers, and Agile coaches to drive products from concept through launch and iteration.

Job Location: Remote-first, with occasional in-person collaboration days in London as required.

Contract Type: FTC with potential to extend to permanent.

Job Summary:

  • Collaborate closely with client teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and user needs, translating them into actionable product strategies.
  • Own the product roadmap and backlog, prioritising initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and user value.
  • Work hand-in-hand with designers and engineers to ensure high-quality delivery within deadlines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for product-related discussions within the client team, representing Contic's approach and best practices.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Navigate changing priorities, aligning internal and client teams to maintain focus and progress.
  • Promote Agile and Lean principles, helping client teams adopt effective ways of working.
  • Track product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–5 years' experience in product management, preferably with exposure to client-embedded or consultancy environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Lean product development in practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply new concepts in a dynamic setting.
