What we’re looking for:
An enthusiastic engineer to join the Contic team as a full stack software developer.
Job Location: Remote-first, with occasional in-person collaboration days in London as required.
Contract Type: FTC with potential to extend
Job Summary
- Develop your skills through hands-on experience in agile software development, lean product thinking, and modern DevOps practices
- Build high-quality, user-focused digital products that solve real problems and deliver long-term impact
- Contribute to the evolution of existing products, helping clients grow and adapt beyond launch
- Work closely within a supportive agile team, guided by a dedicated coach focused on your learning and development
- Write clean, maintainable code and take pride in building products that are built to last
- Gain exposure to a wide range of industries, technologies, and business challenges
- Learn how digital applications are designed, developed, and deployed end-to-end—across the full application stack
- Collaborate with clients and team members to continuously improve products, processes, and your own skills
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM subjects is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Experience in JavaScript/React nice to have
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to use their own initiative and a go-getter attitude
