Context Path is a fast-growing startup transforming enterprises using AI. As we scale, we're building out our data function and looking for an analyst to join us.
About the role
Our customer data is processed through our AI pipeline, producing a rich and continually evolving dataset.
You'll work with that data to understand how each customer is using our technology, where value is being realised, and where there's opportunity to do more.
Your analysis will inform decisions across product, commercial and customer teams, and will often be shared directly with our clients.
What you'll do
- Analyse customer data at both the individual account and portfolio level
- Identify patterns, trends and drivers of adoption and value
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Help establish the metrics, definitions and reporting that support the business as it grows
What we're looking for
- Strong Python skills
- Experience working with large, complex or unstructured datasets
- A structured, commercially minded approach to problem solving
