They are seeking an ambitious AI & Automation Analyst to join their team and play a key role in developing innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve service delivery and create measurable business value. Key responsibilities include: Developing and enhancing internal AI and automation tools Building and maintaining automation scripts across business-critical platforms Creating integrations between systems using APIs and automation technologies Analysing, cleansing and reconciling data from multiple sources Developing dashboards and reports to support operational and commercial decision-making Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation Working with technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude and Microsoft Foundry Supporting the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects Producing and maintaining clear technical documentation Measuring and reporting on the business benefits delivered by automation initiatives Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Data, AI, Business Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Experience with Python and/or PowerShell Exposure to data analysis and reporting Experience using Power BI Understanding of APIs, integrations and automation concepts Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation and emerging technologies Desirable Skills Exposure to N-able, ConnectWise or Halo Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Graph and the Power Platform Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or other AI technologies Understanding of REST APIs and JSON Awareness of data security and governance best practices Previous experience within an MSP or IT services environment Experience building automation workflows or AI-powered solutions Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in London Paying between £35,000-45,000, depending on experience Must be eligible to work in the UK.
