Position: Part-Time (2 days per week)

Location: London-based or Offshore

Job Overview:

  • Assist with monthly payment of contractor invoicing and supplier invoices
  • Manage all supplier invoices received by CONTEXT - verification from the managers, supplier reconciliation and sending remittance advice
  • Manage all staff expenses received by CONTEXT
  • Credit control
  • Manage credit card invoices
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks in Finance

Experience/Knowledge/Qualification required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting is desirable
