Position: Part-Time (2 days per week)
Location: London-based or Offshore
Job Overview:
- Assist with monthly payment of contractor invoicing and supplier invoices
- Manage all supplier invoices received by CONTEXT - verification from the managers, supplier reconciliation and sending remittance advice
- Manage all staff expenses received by CONTEXT
- Credit control
- Manage credit card invoices
- Any other ad-hoc tasks in Finance
Experience/Knowledge/Qualification required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting is desirable
