Telecoms Account Manager\\n\\nContext IT are seeking a driven, customer focused Account Manager for our Telecommunications Provider client based in London. As an Account Manager, you'll form an integral part of their client facing team, acting as the first point of contact for a portfolio of between 80-100 SME clients.\\n\\nAs an Account Manager you will be reporting to Head of Sales and will work in tandem with the sales team to build direct relationships and ensure the longevity of key customers. You will be expected to maximise the potential of existing clients by understanding and identifying key requirements, whilst maintaining exceptional customer service throughout.

This position is 80% account management, with 20% being new business (upselling/cross selling)\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager with some previous experience to quickly progress their career and join a business who offer significant training & progression opportunities.\\n\\nResponsibilities include;\\n\\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with their existing clients.\\nExceed expectations with a personable and proactive approach.\\nDevelop proposals that encompass the customers' needs and objectives\\nBuild a strong pipeline based on Identifying opportunities with existing clients.\\nBecoming an industry expert, empathising, and relating to your customer's needs.\\nWork alongside other departments to ensure end-to-end service\\nBecoming a trusted business advisor with your customers. \\n\\nExperience/Qualifications:\\n\\nIdeally, our client is seeking someone with previous Account Management experience with a proven ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment.\\nExperienced managing both Enterprise and SME clients within a Telecom/Connectivity provider.\\nKnowledge of Connectivity and/or Contact Centres would be hugely beneficial (Broadband/Ethernet, MPLS, WAN, LAN, VoIP, SIP, Gamma Horizon, 3CX, NFON, 8×8, Genesys Cloud etc.)\\nA strong customer focus mentality coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential. \\n\\nHybrid – 1 day per week needed in their London office.

\\n\\nPaying up to 50k basic with double OTE \\n\\nMust be eligible to work in the UK
