Power Platform Lead A leading Microsoft Consultancy are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Lead to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about technology and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role uniquely blends solution architecture with platform architecture. You will work hand-in-hand with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to gather requirements, design, and implement scalable solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform stack. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth integration across diverse systems and platforms. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the Power Platform initiatives within their Centre of Excellence. Act as the primary technical escalation point for all technical and customer issues. Manage and mentor one direct report, providing guidance and support for their professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative Power Platform solutions. Lead customer engagements, including workshops, presentations, and technical demonstrations. Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform technologies.Experience needed: Proven experience in Power Platform development and architecture. Strong technical skills and expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle escalated technical issues. Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead customer engagements and build lasting relationships. Remote based. Paying up to 85k, depending on experience. Must be eligible to work in the UK
