We’re working with a well‑established Managed Services Provider based in London who are looking to add a talented 3rd Line Engineer to their growing technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, solving complex technical issues, and working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You’ll be providing advanced support across a broad range of technologies, acting as an escalation point whilst also helping out with 1st/2nd line if/when required. The environment is very Microsoft‑led, so strong experience across modern Microsoft cloud technologies is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as an escalation point for 2nd line incidents and service requests
- Supporting and administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and security features
- Working with Azure services such as Azure AD, virtual machines, identity, networking, and security
- Troubleshooting Windows Server, networking, and virtualisation technologies
- Assisting with project work, migrations, and deployments
- Providing excellent customer service to a wide range of clients
Experience required:
- Strong background in a Managed Services or multi‑customer environment
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Hands‑on experience with Azure (identity, compute, networking, security)
- Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Experience with Intune, endpoint management, or security tooling is a bonus
- Someone proactive, customer‑focused, and confident working with a variety of technologies
