A growing telecommunications provider based in the heart of Brighton is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, customer service, or account coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and is looking to develop their career within a thriving telecoms business.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both the direct and wholesale sales channels, ensuring customers receive an exceptional service while providing administrative and operational support to the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking and coordinating meetings for the sales team
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up to date
  • Answering inbound sales enquiries and directing customers appropriately
  • Preparing and issuing basic quotations
  • Supporting customers with queries relating to products, pricing lists, contract terms and services
  • Providing administrative support across both wholesale and direct sales channels
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Managing sales documentation and contract administration
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
About You:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service or similar role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Experience within telecommunications, technology or a related sector would be advantageous, but is not essential

Paying between £28,000-£32,000, depending on experience. Must be eligible to work in the UK. Working Pattern: Office-based initially, moving to a hybrid model with 2 days working from home.
