Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) for infrastructure solutions
  • Provide expert Business-as-Usual (BAU) support for critical systems
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of Private Cloud environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business needs
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and technical standards

Required Experience:

  • Proven expertise in VMware/vSphere administration and architecture
  • Strong working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM)
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise storage solutions such as HPE 3PAR, HPE Nimble, and/or Dell EMC
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation
  • Solid understanding of networking, virtualisation, and storage integration in Private Cloud environments

Must be eligible for SC Clearance.
