Our client, a leading Managed Services Provider is seeking a Technology Consultant to work closely with organisations across the accountancy and financial services sectors, helping them make informed technology decisions and maximise the value of their IT investments.
This is a consultative role where you'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, provide strategic technology guidance and help shape long‑term technology roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to a portfolio of clients.
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Provide guidance on IT strategy, security, compliance and business improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients' technology environments.
- Support new business opportunities and client growth.
- Work closely with technical and service delivery teams to develop effective solutions.
- Assist with client onboarding and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Represent the business at networking and industry events.
Experience Required
- Experience working within accountancy, financial services or another regulated professional services environment.
- A strong understanding of how technology supports business operations, compliance and client service delivery.
- Previous experience in a technical, consultancy or client‑facing technology role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- A consultative approach with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud services and cyber security principles would be advantageous.
