Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding CCaaS provider as a Design & Deployment Engineer in the Professional Services team. This is an innovative company utilising open source technology, leading the way with hosted telephony, Asterisk PBX, CCaaS solutions & AI.

They are winning contracts hand-over-fist and subsequently need another capable CCaaS specialist for project work. This is a client facing position where you will be involved in the full end-to-end solution deployment including project planning, preparation of low-level designs and deployment work from the OS build through to configuration and go-live. You will also act as an escalation point (3rd line) for complex troubleshooting.

Essential Experience:
  • Experience of CCaaS / VoIP project work / solution deployments
  • Experience supporting or deploying Genesys Cloud
  • Ability to interact with clients/customers - working with them to understand and define requirements.
  • Ability to produce low-level solution designs for SME and enterprise level customers.
  • Strong Linux skillset - ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Linux.
  • Strong understanding of SIP protocols.
  • Good understanding of network fundamentals - Routing, Switching and Firewalls.

Paying between £55,000-65,000 + benefits depending on experience. London office - Remote working available. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
