We're proud to be partnering with a leading Data Centre Provider to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of major infrastructure projects across their portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at the forefront of digital infrastructure, where you'll play a key role in managing complex construction programmes from inception through to handover.
- Lead the on-site delivery of data centre construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues.
- Monitor health and safety compliance across all phases of construction.
- Review and manage project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.
- Ensure alignment with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Support commissioning and handover processes, ensuring operational readiness.
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres, critical infrastructure, or high-tech environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery. Relevant construction qualifications and certifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, NEBOSH).
