Working Monday to Friday, 09:00β17:00, you will support tenants and help ensure their accommodation remains safe, stable and connected to wider opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Support tenants to sustain their tenancy and access leisure, education and training.
- Respond to accommodation enquiries and assist with tenant onboarding.
- Conduct health, safety and tenant-room checks and liaise with landlords about repairs.
- Help tenants understand tenancy conditions, rent liability and anti-social behaviour requirements.
- Manage utilities and negotiate improved rates where applicable.
- Organise tenant feedback and community events.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to meet tenant needs.
What weβre looking for
- Strong written and spoken English, organisation and time management.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Housing or social-care experience and NVQ Level 2 are desirable.
