Role Overview
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our product and R&D team. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping the user experience of our fast-evolving SaaS platform. You will work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and AI researchers to design intuitive, conversion-optimized, and scalable interfaces. You’ll take ownership of the platform’s user journeys, run A/B tests, and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative data. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our GenAI-powered tools and monetization solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for new and existing product features
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to define and refine UX flows and interfaces in Figma
- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to inform design decisions and hypotheses
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize onboarding, activation, and retention funnels
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design direction
- Create responsive design systems and component libraries for web applications
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency across the platform
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and handoff
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, metrics, and experimentation results
- Stay updated on UX trends, SaaS usability patterns, and competitor platforms
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer in SaaS, B2B, or platform-based products
- Expert in Figma (design systems, prototyping, component libraries)
- Experience designing and optimizing complex user flows (e.g., onboarding, dashboards, AI tools)
- Demonstrated experience running A/B tests, interpreting behavioral data, and optimizing conversions
- Solid understanding of UX research methods and tools
- Comfortable working with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)
- Strong communication skills, both visual and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, async-first environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing web app or SaaS product designs
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI/ML or data-rich interfaces
- Familiarity with adtech, digital media platforms, or editorial tools
- Background in designing for onboarding and retention in B2B products
