Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and technical workflows, and escalating issues early.

At Content Ignite, we maximise revenue, efficiency and control for digital publishers through our proprietary ad-tech platform called Fusion. We work with some of the largest publishers in the UK including Global Media, Haymarket and with expansion into the US, EU and the rest of the world.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Senior Operations Executive to our team. We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Senior Operations Executive to support the day to day delivery of operations across our Operations and client delivery workstreams. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on ensuring operational excellence across onboarding, integrations, monitoring, documentation, QBR preparation and cross team coordination.

You will take ownership of operational tasks, support client onboarding through our Crawl Walk Run approach, maintain high standards across documentation and workflows, and help identify and resolve issues before they impact clients.
