Content Guru is hosting a Graduate Assessment Day at our Head Office in Bracknell, Berkshire on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 to recruit STEM graduates for the Engineering Support team. We use cutting‑edge technology to transform communications and deliver seamless end‑to‑end customer journeys. We are looking for STEM graduates with a genuine passion for technology to join our global Support team. As a Support Engineer, you will deliver exceptional technical solutions to our customers from first call to resolution.
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ownership of incidents from the initial customer report to resolution.
- Prioritise and categorise faults promptly, escalating to other teams where necessary.
- Deliver software or infrastructure updates.
- Follow appropriate technical troubleshooting guidelines and techniques to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Keep customers informed and build and maintain relationships of trust with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
About You
- Bachelors degree/equivalent in STEM or Computer Science related subject.
- Experience communicating technical information to a variety of technical and non‑technical people.
- Highly technically able.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Good experience of delivering customer service.
- Great spoken and written communication skills.
