We’re looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Partner Manager to join our growing team. If you have a talent for building strategic partnerships, a passion for technology, and a track record of delivering results, we’d love to hear from you.
Location
This role is based in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Responsibilities
Partner Engagement & Growth
- Identify, engage, and onboard new strategic partners.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key partners.
- Own and manage the partner portal to support effective engagement and communication.
- Drive partner satisfaction and advocate for mutual success through ongoing collaboration.
Sales Strategy & Enablement
- Achieve revenue and margin targets through and with partners on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop structured partner plans and pipelines to support lead generation and sales conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner and customer experience.
Campaigns & Collaboration
- Work with Marketing and Sales to target new opportunities and grow partner influence.
- Support joint campaigns, bids, and proposals to win new business.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to internal stakeholders.
Product Knowledge & Expert ise
- Stay up to date on our evolving product portfolio and industry developments.
- Communicate the business value of our solutions effectively to partners and internal teams.
- Mentor other sales colleagues and contribute to partner-related marketing and enablement initiatives.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a partner or account management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Experience in IT, telecoms, SaaS, or vertical industries (e.g. utilities, healthcare) is desirable.
