Overview
Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, and we are at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution. We’re looking for a pragmatic and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing in-house Legal team. If you’re qualified, have at least 1-3 years PQE, and are eager to develop your career in a fast-paced, global SaaS business, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders.
This role is based at our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including MSAs, EULAs, DPAs, licensing, and supplier/partnership contracts
- Support enterprise and public sector bid and tender processes
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal teams and non-legal stakeholders
- Balance legal risk with commercial objectives, ensuring effective business outcomes
- Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and management systems
- Support wider corporate, company secretarial, M&A, and intellectual property matters
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across legal and business processes
- Help ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
About You
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (0–3 years PQE)
- Strong foundation in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management ability
- Commercially astute and pragmatic, with the ability to work independently
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or telecoms is desirable
- Proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop new skills
