We’re looking for a Graduate Pricing Executive to join our Commercial team at our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware graduate with strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills to develop within a fast-paced technology business. What we are looking for…
We’re seeking a capable and detail-focused Graduate Pricing Executive to support the management and development of our pricing processes. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Sales, Product, Procurement, Legal, and Partner teams to ensure our pricing remains accurate, competitive, and easy to use. From maintaining price books and supporting quoting activities to analysing competitor pricing and helping launch new products, you’ll play an important role in supporting the commercial success of the business. This role would suit a graduate with strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to work with pricing, commercial information, and internal stakeholders from an early stage.
Location… This role is based in our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Key responsibilities of the role…
- Pricing Management: Maintain and update direct and indirect price books to ensure they remain accurate and up to date; Support quarterly pricing reviews and internal approval processes; Ensure pricing information is correctly reflected within internal systems and tools; Assist with the implementation of pricing updates across the business.
- Commercial Analysis: Support competitor and regional pricing analysis; Assist with the pricing of new products, features, and services; Provide ad hoc pricing support for bespoke customer requirements; Work with Procurement teams to obtain supplier pricing and apply agreed commercial margins; Support reporting on discounting, pricing performance, and actual sales pricing achieved.
- Sales & Partner Support: Work closely with Sales teams to ensure pricing is applied correctly within customer quotations; Provide pricing updates and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders; Support the communication of pricing changes to Sales teams, partners, and customers; Review quotations and sales orders to ensure pricing accuracy.
- Product & Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop a strong understanding of Content Guru’s products and pricing structures; Work closely with Product Managers to understand future product developments and commercial requirements; Collaborate with Legal teams to ensure pricing changes are reflected appropriately within contractual arrangements; Build effective working relationships across multiple departments.
- Process Improvement & Governance: Maintain strong control processes to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency; Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, tools, and documentation; Support the continuous improvement of pricing governance across the business; Ensure pricing records, exceptions, and supporting documentation remain current.
About you…
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related subject.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-check work accurately.
- Confident working with spreadsheets, data, and commercial information.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
