Content Guru are thrilled to be hosting a Graduate Assessment Day here in our head office in Bracknell Berkshire in July, to find the best STEM graduates to join our Engineering Support team. Content Guru is a leading provider of cloud communications solutions. We help businesses across the globe to enhance their customer engagement and experience.

We are looking for STEM graduates with a genuine passion for technology to join our fantastic global Support team. As a Support Engineer, you will deliver exceptional technical solutions to our customers from first call to resolution. If you're a graduate keen to develop your career in a thriving technical environment, this is the role for you!

Location...

This role is based in our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Key responsibilities of the role...

  • Maintaining ownership of incidents from the initial customer report to resolution.
  • Prioritising and categorising faults promptly, escalating to other teams in the business where necessary.
  • Delivering software or infrastructure updates.
  • Following appropriate technical troubleshooting guidelines and techniques to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining a commitment to keeping customers informed and build and maintain relationships of trust with customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.

About you...

  • Bachelors degree/equivalent in STEM or Computer Science related subject.
  • Experience communicating technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical people.
  • Highly technically able.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Good experience of delivering customer service.
  • Great spoken and written communication skills.
