We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Quality & Compliance Executive to join our team. We’re seeking a motivated and collaborative professional to support the Group’s quality, environmental, security, and privacy certifications, alongside wider regulatory compliance requirements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the business remains audit‑ready at all times, supporting internal processes and helping maintain the standards that underpin our world‑class services. The successful candidate will be confident working across departments, coordinating compliance activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting colleagues with training and awareness initiatives.
This role is based in our head office in Bracknell, UK.
Key responsibilities of the role
- Compliance & Process Management
- Establish and maintain the Group Compliance and Regulatory Calendar
- Coordinate compliance activities and ensure departments are aware of key requirements and deadlines
- Support the development, agreement, and documentation of company processes and procedures
- Track evidence and documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with internal and external standards
- Coordinate audits of key business processes and procedures
- Support colleagues in understanding and meeting information security, privacy, quality, and environmental requirements
- ISO Certifications & Audit Coordination
- Coordinate and support the maintenance of ISO and other certifications (such as SOC2) including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and PCI‑DSS
- Liaise with external certification bodies and coordinate audit schedules
- Ensure the business remains prepared for any and all external audits
- Arrange and participate in certification review meetings
- Maintain clear and engaging communication across the business regarding audit readiness and compliance requirements
- Risk & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate internal risk registers and risk meetings
- Proactively identify and escalate compliance risks to management
- Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement across the business
- Help implement pragmatic and effective processes that maintain compliance while supporting operational efficiency
- Training & Awareness
- Coordinate training and awareness activities relating to quality, security, environmental, and privacy standards
- Work closely with the People team to ensure colleagues receive appropriate compliance‑related training and updates
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong experience in a coordination or administration role
- Experience supporting or managing ISO certifications or similar and/or compliance frameworks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and detail‑oriented approach to problem solving
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in internal auditing, continuous improvement initiatives, or delivering training is desirable
- Experience within IT, telecoms, or technology environments is advantageous
