  • Work with Insight, PR and Social teams to produce regular brand health and campaign performance reporting with clear recommendations for what to do next.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy, and use AI tools in planning and insight, sharing what works with the Brand team.
  • Partner with Digital Product and CX teams to keep improving the customer experience across brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency between brand strategy and how it is experienced by customers.

Who You Are

  • Experience developing brand or campaign strategy in a fast-paced, consumer-facing business, from insight through to a clear idea and brief.
