Joining Preply means helping define the future of education at global scale, and building something that truly matters for millions of people, every day.

Preply's brand is growing fast – reaching millions of learners and becoming more visible across global markets. That growth creates a real opportunity: to shape how a brand shows up in the world and push creative work that performs as well as it looks. We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer who leads with ideas. Someone with a strong creative point of view, the craft to back it up, and the drive to own work end-to-end – from first concept through to final delivery. You'll have real ownership over campaigns and creative decisions, working on a brand that just hit unicorn status and is expanding across global markets. You’ll concept, design, and evolve visual campaigns across paid social, brand campaigns, organic content, OOH, and more – bringing bold ideas to life across the moments and markets where people discover Preply.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create & Iterate: Design a high volume of creatives across paid channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google ads, organic social, blog and content visuals, out of home, and brand campaigns.
  • Design for Performance: Translate data insights into creative optimizations that boost ad engagement and conversion – influencing and evolving the overall visual brand.
  • Own Projects End-to-End: Manage projects from concept to delivery – ensuring clarity, timeliness, and alignment with brand and performance goals across markets.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with growth marketers, copywriters, motion designers, and other brand creatives to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Drive Excellence: Push creative boundaries while maintaining a sharp focus on typography, layout, and storytelling that aligns with Preply’s design system.
  • AI & Innovation: Actively research, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI tools and creative workflows to accelerate ideation, explore more visual directions, support localization and adaptation at scale, test more concepts, and expand what the team can create without compromising brand quality.

What you need to succeed:

  • Background: Bringing 7+ years of experience leading brand and performance design in fast-moving, high-growth B2C environments – blending bold creative thinking with measurable business results.
  • Brand Design: Experience working with established brands or within a brand system: you know how to balance experimentation with consistency and love to move brands forward.
  • Typography & Layout: Expert understanding of type, hierarchy, and composition – combining creativity and precision in equal measure.
  • Mindset: Curious, proactive, self-driven, and collaborative. You own your work, seek feedback, adapt quickly, and love to learn what works and why.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, with hands-on experience using creative tools to develop high-quality visual work.
  • AI-Enabled Design Practice: Experience using AI as a regular, embedded part of the creative process – from ideation and concept exploration to production, localization, and testing.

Why you’ll love it at Preply:

  • An open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture;
  • A generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com, Learning & Development budget and time off for your self-development;
  • A competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance and health insurance;
  • Not in Barcelona? We offer an attractive relocation package to join us in our Preply Barcelona Hub;
  • Access to free mental health support platforms;
  • Access to Gympass-partnered wellness and gym centers throughout Spain to promote and support well-being and physical health;
  • The opportunity to unlock the potential of learners and tutors through language learning and teaching in 175 countries (and counting!).

  • Raise the bar - We raise our performance standards continuously, alongside each new hire and promotion.
  • Challenge, disagree and commit - We value open and candid communication, even when we don’t fully agree.
  • One Preply - We prioritize collaboration, inclusion, and the success of our team over personal ambitions.
