About the Role
Together AI is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and grow our field marketing and community presence across EMEA.
You'll play a critical role in how Together AI enters new markets, builds relationships with customers and prospects, and engages the developers, researchers, and AI practitioners shaping the future of AI.
This role sits at the intersection of regional go-to-market strategy, account-based marketing, and community building.
You'll work closely with EMEA Sales leadership to understand regional priorities, identify where marketing can make the greatest impact, and translate those opportunities into thoughtful, high-performing programs.
You'll own everything from intimate executive experiences and targeted account-based programs to technical meetups, ecosystem partnerships, and regional activations.
Some programs will be designed to move strategic opportunities forward, while others will be about building genuine relationships and establishing Together AI as a meaningful part of the local AI ecosystem.
We're looking for someone who thinks strategically, executes exceptionally well, and knows how to build from the ground up.
Someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, make smart investment decisions, and create experiences that people genuinely want to be part of.
Responsibilities
- Regional Field Marketing & GTM Strategy
- Develop and execute EMEA field marketing strategy aligned with Sales priorities, target accounts, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify opportunities to create and accelerate pipeline through regional marketing programs.
- Build a regional marketing calendar spanning ABM, community, events, and partnerships.
- Own regional budgets, prioritize investments, and continuously optimize programs for business impact.
- Account Based Marketing & Executive Engagement
- Develop account-based programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Create high-impact executive experiences, including private dinners, roundtables, and targeted customer engagements.
- Partner with Sales on account targeting, audience development, and pre- and post-event engagement.
- Build repeatable programs that scale across markets and customer segments.
- Community & Ecosystem Programs
- Grow Together AI's presence across EMEA by engaging developers, researchers, founders, and AI practitioners.
- Build technical meetups, workshops, and community experiences that deliver meaningful value.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, partners, startups, and local ecosystem leaders.
- Collaborate with Dev Rel, Research, PMM, and Partnerships to develop relevant content and programming.
- Events & Experiences
- Own end-to-end execution of regional events, from strategy and audience development to production and follow-up.
- Evaluate industry conferences, sponsorships, and partnerships to maximize regional impact.
- Partner with the global Events and Brand teams to deliver distinctive, high-quality experiences.
- Manage budgets, vendors, venues, logistics, and multiple programs across markets.
- Measurement & Optimization
- Partner with Sales, Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops to establish goals, track performance, and drive follow-up.
- Measure target-account engagement, pipeline creation and influence, opportunity progression, and ROI.
- Use performance data and feedback to optimize investments and improve programs.
- Develop repeatable processes and playbooks to scale successful initiatives across EMEA.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, or related B2B technology marketing roles, including significant experience across EMEA.
- A track record of building field marketing and event strategies and programs that contribute to pipeline creation, acceleration, and customer growth.
- Strong experience partnering with Sales leadership and translating regional business priorities into marketing programs.
- An understanding of how to engage technical audiences, ideally developers, engineers, researchers, or AI practitioners.
- Experience planning and delivering a range of programs, from executive experiences and community meetups to conferences and partner activations.
- Strong commercial judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to assess opportunities, prioritize investments, and measure impact.
- Deep familiarity with the EMEA market, including the nuances of executing programs across different countries and audiences.
- Excellent project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a high bar for quality and attendee experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Confidence working independently, making decisions, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Demand Gen, Developer Relations, Research, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, and the broader Marketing team.
- Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with marketing automation and event management tools.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25-30%, primarily within EMEA.
