You will own the technical and production side of our livestreams, including market commentary, interviews, webinars, and educational programming, making sure every broadcast looks and sounds professional from start to finish.The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, technically sharp, and comfortable working live with hosts, traders, and guests. Basic video editing skills are a nice to have, so you can help turn livestream moments into content for our social channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in livestream production, digital media, and financial content.What You Will DoLive Stream ProductionProduce and run live broadcasts using OBS StudioManage scenes, overlays, transitions, audio sources, and stream layoutsMonitor stream quality, audio levels, and connectivity, and troubleshoot technical issues in real timeCoordinate with hosts, traders, and guests before and during broadcasts, including remote guest setupPrepare production assets, graphics, lower thirds, and visual elements before going liveRun pre-show checks and maintain production checklists and run-of-show documentsRecord and organize livestream content and archive it for the content teamContent Operations & CollaborationCollaborate with hosts, traders, and internal stakeholders to execute content plans and broadcast schedulesSupport content calendars and publishing workflows across Tradeify TV and social channelsFlag standout moments and timestamps from live broadcasts for repurposing into short-form clipsWhere your skills allow, help with light editing, such as trimming clips, adding captions, and basic formatting for social platformsAssist in developing new show formats and audience engagement initiativesStay current on livestream best practices, tools, and platform updatesContribute creative ideas to help grow the Tradeify TV brand and communityWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience1–3 years of experience in livestream production, broadcast production, or a related fieldStrong working knowledge of OBS Studio and livestream production workflowsSolid understanding of audio and video fundamentals, including mic setup, audio mixing, and encoding settingsExperience streaming to platforms such as YouTube, X, Twitch, or similarExperience with remote guest tools or multi-camera setups (e.g., VDO.Ninja, StreamYard, vMix, Zoom, Restream)Ability to stay composed and solve problems quickly during live broadcastsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetSelf-starter with a willingness to learn and take ownershipNice to HaveVideo editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar softwareExperience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, or LinkedInMotion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects or similar toolsExperience producing podcasts, webinars, or creator contentExperience in fintech, trading, gaming, sports, or educational mediaFamiliarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn analyticsInterest in financial markets, futures trading, investing, or fintechWorking HoursThis is a part-time position. Core hours align with London business hours.
