Hey there! We’re Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting‑edge technology and data‑driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment. Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.

To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar‑raisers with a hands‑on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Meet the Team: We know the impact experiences have on lasting memories. That's why we help brands connect in a meaningful way with their audience through culturally resonant campaigns. Operating like a creative agency, our team uses their expertise in entertainment and immersive events to help brands and agencies across the globe conceptualize, produce, and manage multi‑channel campaigns that give audiences experiences they will remember.

The Role: We are looking for a commercially‑minded data and product builder to join our Brand Partnerships team in London or Madrid as Director, Commercial Product. This is the person who turns Fever’s scale, owned IP, marketplace, Secret Media Network, and first‑party data into actionable, repeatable, measurable commercial offerings that our sales teams can sell and our partners renew.

  • You will own three connected workstreams:
  • Measurement: building closed‑loop attribution into a product, so partners can see the impact (such as spend, retention and engagement) their campaigns with us deliver.
  • First‑party data layer: turning Fever’s passion and intent into actionable audience intelligence.
  • Integrations: scoping and working with Fever product teams to define the technical work that surfaces Fever experiences inside partners’ own apps and platforms through repeatable blueprints rather than bespoke one‑off builds.

Who You Are: You bring 10+ years of experience in commercial product, partnerships product, ad‑tech or media product, marketing measurement, or a closely related field, with a track record of shipping products that commercial teams actually sell. You are fluent in measurement and attribution, and you understand how to turn data into a privacy‑safe, sellable product without compromising the underlying asset.

Why You’ll Love It Here: Attractive compensation package to reward your contributions and growth. 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher. Generous Parental Leave: We go well beyond the UK statutory minimum with 16 weeks of fully paid leave for birthing parents and 8 weeks for non‑birthing parents. Future‑Proof Pension: We invest in your future with Nest. Fever contributes a generous 10% of your gross salary, with a 4% contribution from you. Private health and dental insurance with Bupa: 100% covered by Fever.

Thank you for considering joining Fever. We cannot wait to learn more about you!
