About Agentio
Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes. We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create.
About the Engagement
Agentio is seeking an independent contractor to support our Creator Partnerships function on a fixed-term basis (3–6 months) as we start to grow the supply side of the creator pool, internationally. This is a scope-based engagement — you'll bring your own expertise to a defined set of deliverables. You'll focus on building direct relationships with influential creators and the leaders at top talent management firms, and helping close partnerships in the creator marketplace.
Scope of Work
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective creator and management-firm relationships
- Conduct outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals) to generate qualified conversations
- Bring market knowledge of creator economics, management structures, and platform dynamics
- Share front-line insights that inform Agentio's product and go-to-market thinking, as one input among others to inform our international expansion strategy
- Organize IRL meetings, events, Agentio Dinner Series in the UK
What We're Looking For
Required
- 4+ years of experience in outbound-heavy business development, sales, or partnerships at a high-growth company - SaaS, marketplace, tech, or platform within the creator economy
- A demonstrated track record of building pipeline and closing partnerships independently
- Active, hands-on use of AI tools for prospecting, personalization, and pipeline management
- Comfort working autonomously against a defined scope, without day-to-day direction
- Strong relationship-building skills with creators, managers, and executives
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital media
- Experience working with management firms, agencies, or media companies
- Background in high-volume prospecting (SDR/BDR) environments
Why Work With Agentio
