  • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.

The role

We're looking for a Creative Producer with a strong Art Director streak. You own the make end-to-end — concept, look, shoot, edit — but the emphasis here is on craft and visual direction: you're the person who decides how the work looks and feels, sets the bar, and makes sure every asset that leaves the studio is something we're proud to put spend behind. You'll concept and art-direct performance creative that beats the agency benchmark, then produce it — running the shoot, directing talent and the bench, and steering the edit. Your masters become the "gold standard" the rest of the pipeline expands into hundreds of variations, so the quality of your output sets the ceiling for everything. This is a hands-on, high-output role for a swiss-army-knife operator: equal parts taste, ideas and get-it-done.

What you'll do

  • Own the visual craft and direction of Weight Loss creative — art-direct the look, feel, and quality bar across video and static.
  • Concept performance-led ideas rooted in what actually works — hooks, angles, formats — not just what looks nice.
  • Produce end-to-end: plan and run shoots, direct talent and our on-camera bench, and steer edits to a finished standard.
  • Set the "gold standard" masters that the Manila team and AI iterate and expand from — and keep raising that bar.
  • Partner with strategists (who own the why and what) and our designers/editors to turn ideas into finished, on-brand assets fast.
  • Work at pace and volume without letting craft slip — you're comfortable shipping a lot and keeping it sharp.
  • Help shape the studio's visual identity and creative standards as we scale.

What you'll bring

  • A strong portfolio of performance and/or brand creative — with a clear eye for art direction, composition, type and visual craft.
  • Real production experience: you can plan and run a shoot, direct talent, and take something from idea to finished asset yourself.
  • Hands-on editing/design ability — enough to set the standard, jump in, and unblock others (Premiere/After Effects, Figma/Adobe CS or similar).
  • A performance instinct: you understand social-native, direct-response creative and what makes an ad actually convert, not just look good.
  • A bias for output and iteration — you ship, learn and ship again, without being precious.
  • Comfortable directing people (talent, crew, the bench) and collaborating closely with strategists and editors.
