About the team
Angi's Paid Social team is a performance-driven team responsible for scaling Pro and Homeowner acquisition across US, Canada and Europe. We run campaigns on Meta at scale, combining data analysis with creative thinking to drive efficient growth. We work closely with our Brand team to bring to live compelling, high-performing ads — and we move fast. As part of this team, you'll contribute to managing campaigns across markets, own creative performance reporting, and play a hands‑on role in shaping the creative direction for your channels.
What you'll do:
- Setting up and managing paid social campaigns on Meta across assigned markets, including campaign structure, audience targeting, budget management, and day‑to‑day optimizations
- Monitoring campaign performance, flagging anomalies, diagnosing root causes, and escalating with a recommended action rather than waiting for direction
- Analyzing creative performance across your markets using metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and creative matrix — and translating those insights into monthly briefs for the Brand team
- Preparing structured creative performance briefs and contributing to brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas grounded in competitor research, platform trends, and category benchmarks
- Supporting cross‑team projects and initiatives — from tracking Conversion Lift Studies to contributing to AI tooling rollouts — with clear ownership of defined workstreams
Who you are:
- 1-2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing; hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus
- Comfortable working with data — you can pull a report, identify a pattern, and communicate what it means in plain language
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools to improve efficiencies and integrate their usage in daily work
- Curious about creative: you pay attention to what's working in the feed, you have opinions about why, and you want to bring that perspective into the room
- A self‑starter who flags problems early, proposes solutions, and follows through without needing to be chased
- Organized and detail-oriented — you can manage multiple markets and workstreams without things falling through the cracks
- Collaborative and clear communicator; you work well across teams and know how to translate performance data into something a creative team can act on
Compensation & Benefits:
- The salary band for this position ranges from £47,000 - £60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Hybrid work environment and home office set‑up allowance.
- Temporary work from abroad policy.
- Regular team and social events.
