clinical governance role covers Contemplation Homes Ltd, currently 7 Nursing
Homes and one Nursing & Residential Care home, 7 of which are in Hampshire
and one in Bedfordshire; Contemplation Care Ltd, currently 4 Learning Disability
Homes in Hampshire and Contemplation Home Care Ltd based in Hampshire.
The successful candidate will ensure efficient delivery of care within all services, supporting the operational team in managing all direct care resources of the Contemplation Group in order to maintain and improve the profitability of the business whilst promoting quality care within an environment which complies with all internal and external policy and legal requirements.

Contemplation Homes are looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager for Crossways Nursing Home, a 25 bedded nursing home in Renhold, Bedford.

The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with the right attitude, skills and knowledge, deliver outstanding nursing care and deliver exceptionally high standards to ensure a quality care experience for service users.

• Be a Registered Nurse with a current PIN
• You will be forward thinking, dynamic and keen for a challenge
• You will have a strong clinical nursing background
• Strong IT skills as digital care planning in place

Main Duties

• Assessing, monitoring and evaluating the needs of the residents
• Manage and supervise the nursing and care team to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
• Ensure compliance in relation to CQC and all areas of regulation
• Comply with all policies and procedures
