We’re on the lookout for a creative, and strategic Email Marketing Executive to help bring our email and SMS campaigns to life and join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, and working closely with the wider e-commerce and product development team you’ll play a key role in creating unique, engaging communications across both Email and SMS - from automated flows to product releases and seasonal campaigns. Blending both strategy and creativity in this full 360 email marketing role, you will be integral in executing the email marketing calendar. Working across the full process, and collaborating with the Head of Marketing you will have input in campaign ideation, template design, A/B testing, segmentation & optimising customer flows.

Key Responsibilities- Design templates & email campaigns using Figma in line with brand guidelines & TOV.
- Build & manage engaging email and SMS campaigns on Klaviyo that drive measurable results.
- Ideate new & exciting ways to test new email marketing styles, templates & copy to improve the way in which we engage with our audience across email.
- Confidently share new ideas with the wider marketing & e-commerce team to bring the email & SMS marketing calendar to life in line with new launches, product pushes & wider campaigns.
- Assist in developing customer journeys and automated flows to support lifecycle marketing and retention strategies and update any out of date flows.
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and CTAs to continually optimise performance.
- Increase our weekly send outs, with a focus on audience segmentation and targeted campaigns.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions, revenue attribution, etc.).
- A love for all things email marketing, with a hands-on, creative approach.
- A natural story-teller and confident communicator who is excited to connect with a growing customer and subscriber base across email and SMS.
- A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and support a fast growing business.
- Self-starter mentality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- At least 2 years experience in email marketing for brands, e-commerce/home decor a plus.
- Strong design background, creating email campaigns from scratch in line with guidelines.
- Proficient in writing engaging copy for both email & SMS marketing.
- Confident using both Figma and Klaviyo to build, create and manage campaigns.
- Understanding of key email marketing performance metrics e.g. OR, CTR and CV.
- Strong attention to detail, and a good blend of both creativity & analytical thinking.
