About the Role We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Workshop Hand to join our busy team in Redditch. This is a hands-on role playing a vital part in keeping our workshop floor running smoothly, efficiently, and safely on a daily basis.
Key Duties & Responsibilities FLT Driving: Operating a Forklift Truck safely to move materials, load and unload deliveries, and transport components around the site.
Mechanical Wash Operations: Working on the mech wash station to clean and prepare machined components to high standards.
Shop Floor Organization: Keeping the workshop and warehouse areas clean, tidy, and clearly organised to maintain a safe working environment.
General Warehouse Duties: Assisting with stock handling, packing, general material movement, and supporting the wider team with daily tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications Valid Counterbalance FLT license (essential).
Previous experience working in a workshop, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping workspaces safe and organized.
